The Role:
We’re seeking a Senior CRM Software Developer (Salesforce) to help enhance and maintain CRM systems, driving better customer engagement and business results. You’re an ideal fit if you’re growth-driven, passionate about your work, and excited to create innovative products.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, and configuration
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party apps (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools like Mulesoft or Zapier)
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flow for process automation
- Strong ability to analyze business needs and transform them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integrations
Nice-to-Have:
- Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder certifications
- Experience with Einstein Analytics
Responsibilities:
- Manage user roles, permissions, security settings, and overall system configuration
- Design and implement workflows, process builders, and automation to improve efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy, handle migrations, and create dashboards/reports for stakeholders
- Support API integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize adoption
