Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Hilti, working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. This field-based role involves daily client visits, making a Hilti-provided car your mobile office. You will gain hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and business development, setting a strong foundation for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Prospecting
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
- Draft outreach messages and build sequences to engage potential clients.
- Move prospects through the sales funnel efficiently.
2. Prospect Relationship Building
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct effective questioning to uncover client needs.
- Qualify interest and determine the viability of prospects.
3. Account Retention and Expansion
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Proactively manage client relationships to reduce churn risks.
- Deliver on client actions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- A recently completed university degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong customer-centric mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to be mobile, both domestically and internationally.
- A valid Australian driver’s license.
