Overview

  • Manage the employment process: labor contracts, personnel files, documents.

  • Handle end-to-end the employee life cycle.

  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases

  • Preparing and issuing different documents: certificates (medical, banking, kindergarten, immigration office, job ticket) letters, decisions

  • Preparing employees data for benefits administration

  • Administer health and safety programs.

  • Managing the administration of the annual check-up medical examination

  • Carrying out a range of administrative tasks in the area of HR (including filing, archiving, document registration)

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources related field

  • Good knowledge of employment labor laws.

  • Strong communication and people skills.

  • Attention to details and result oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Medium level of English language
