About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the Head of Technology plays a critical role in enhancing the operational effectiveness of Invisible’s technology leadership. This role involves managing the Head of Technology’s daily schedule, communications, and key activities, enabling a focus on strategic objectives. It is ideal for a highly organized professional with experience in dynamic, remote environments.


Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Oversee and optimize the Head of Technology’s schedule, ensuring meetings align with priorities.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items for follow-up.
  • Liaison Duties: Serve as the communication bridge between the Head of Technology and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Travel Management: Arrange complex travel logistics, including itineraries and meeting documents.
  • Document Organization: Maintain and update important files for easy accessibility.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate virtual and in-person tech-focused meetings, conferences, and events.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7+ years as an Executive Assistant for Technology or Engineering executives in high-growth, remote tech companies.
  • Skills:
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with minimal supervision required.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication, with emotional intelligence to navigate complex interactions.
    • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom.
  • Work Style: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with changing priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Schedule: Flexibility to work US EST hours or overlap with the Head of Technology’s schedule.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 (subject to change).
