Selection Specialist
Introduction
The Selection Specialist is responsible for executing and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process. This role involves closely working with hiring managers, understanding the job requirements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the final selection of candidates. The Selection Specialist ensures that the best talent is hired in alignment with the organization’s goals and values.
Your role and responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.

Assist in defining selection criteria for various roles.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Use various sourcing methods to attract candidates (job boards, social media, networking).

Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with Tech Panel and hiring managers.

Provide detailed screening feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
Required technical and professional expertise

Education: MBA in HR

Graduation Year: 2022, 2023, or 2024

1-3 years in campus hiring or sales recruitment, preferably with experience in product-based or MNC service companies

Experience in technical recruitment is a plus
Preferred technical and professional experience

Strong understanding of selection techniques and tools.

Proven communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
