Videojet Technologies is a global leader in Product Identification providing innovative coding and marking solutions that help customers ensure product safety and improve their productivity.

After training and a tailored learning programme when you join, you will sell a range of Videojet coding and marking equipment to customers in the consumer-packaged goods, pharmaceutical, medical device, and industrial goods industries.

Within your role, you will:

  • Secure and grow revenue within your region by selling the Videojet product range to existing and new customers

  • Participate in regional/national trade shows and onsite equipment demonstrations at customers’ sites

  • Promote a variety of finance and service agreements to our customers

  • Lead sales activity through sales metrics using our CRM

  • Search for new sales markets, new clients, throughout Poland in the field of LPA technology

  • Manage with current account managers created projects for clients throughout Poland in the field of LPA technology

Your experience will include:

  • A proven record in Account Management

  • Ability to prioritise and work on both long- & short-term projects

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret customer needs and handle their expectations

  • Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC) would be advantageous

  • Fluency in Polish, English is nice to have
