In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver month-end close for multiple low and medium-risk entities – manufacturing and non-manufacturing entities.

Independently perform month-close for responsible entities.

Ability to prepare month-end journal entries like revaluation, accruals, reclass, recurring JE, etc.,

Ensure account recons are delivered with quality with no unexplained items.

Gather, classify, analyze, interpret, and clear open items by liaising with respective stakeholders.

Ensure compliance & adherence of businesses to defined policies & work procedures.

Coordinates or performs the accumulation, analysis, and distribution of accounting data.

Coordinates accounting methods and recommends/implements improvement in departmental procedures.

Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions.

Generate and review monthly reports.

Handling the end-to-end process of RTR (Record to Report)

Responsible for the various Period close activities like VAT clearing and Payroll postings, Accrual postings, Reconciliations

Extensive support during statutory quarterly and full-year audits.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in General Accounting related roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and techniques
