Join Sanofi as a Commercial and Organisational Excellence Support Intern, where you’ll play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and driving impactful internal projects. Working closely with the Organisational Excellence Lead, you’ll gain exposure to project management, training development, and cross-functional collaboration across both head office and field teams—making this a great opportunity to develop professionally within a dynamic commercial team.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide general support to the Organisational Excellence Lead across various projects

• Coordinate project management tasks, including tracking timelines and milestones

• Assist in developing and implementing training plans and programs

• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels

• Support the planning and execution of field team meetings and related activities

• Conduct research and create presentations and slide decks

• Participate in occasional internal travel within the UK as required

About you:

• Some experience or strong interest in project coordination or team support roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders

• Well-organised and proactive, with good time management skills

• Confident using PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools to create clear, professional materials

• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus but not required

• Educational background in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
