How You’ll Create Impact

Acting as a key link between sales, marketing, logistics, and commercial operations to ensure excellent customer experience

Supporting order entry by clarifying any missing or unclear information

Managing loansets in SAP – from order through booking, invoicing, and final reconciliation

Handling service complaints and disputes in SAP or other dedicated tools

Issuing credit notes and managing expired/expiring products in consignment and loan stock

Performing internal checks on open orders, invoices, and FOC (free-of-charge) requests

Creating and updating customer master data as needed
What Makes You Stand Out

Experience in customer service or a similar role

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

A problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions independently

Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

You’re fluent in Polish and English

Comfortable working with MS Office and SAP

A customer-first approach and a collaborative mindset
