What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • At least 8+ yrs marketing experience in multinational company，FMCG related industry is a plus

  • Good communication skill and presentation skill

  • Good command of English

  • Data insights capability

  • Nutrition/CPG related companies are preferred

  • Portfolio management experience is preferred

  • NPD / project management is preferred

  • Scientific based content development is preferred

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Product strategy planning : Combine extensive market analysis, insights from channels and pet owners to the medium and long- termproduct strategy for China strategic initiatives for product line development. Collaborate closely with pillars to implement channel product strategies and support the overall stratey of Champion Petfoods China.

  • Product strategy management and optimization : and optimize portfolio strategy and product portfolio management according to market feedback and channel changes, continuously improve the efficiency of the product line, and drive sustainable growth.

  • Product innovation : Explore product and packaging innovation projects, and collaborate with GLOBAL, and cross function to promote localized product innovation and process optimization.

  • Upgrade and optimization of product selling points : Work together with crossfunctional teams to promote the upgrade of product selling points and the development of relevant product marketing content to enhance competitiveness.
