ServiceNow Scrum Master
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ServiceNow Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring the success of our ServiceNow project teams by promoting agile practices and fostering a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow, agile methodologies, and superior leadership.
Core Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum Process: Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.

Remove Impediments: Actively identify and remove obstacles that might hinder team progress, ensuring smooth project execution.

Coordinate Sprints: Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

Ensure Delivery: Ensure teams are delivering value incrementally and iteratively, meeting the definition of done and maintaining high-quality standards.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between the product owners and development team, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and priorities.

Foster Collaboration: Promote collaboration inside and outside the team, enhancing shared understanding and team synergy.

Measure Performance: Use agile metrics to track and improve team performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Promote Agile Culture: Advocate for Agile principles and practices within the organization, driving cultural change and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master in a ServiceNow environment or similar capacity.

Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Skills:

Proficient in agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, including but not limited to PSDS/CSM/FSM/Mobile App.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proven track record of leading and coaching Agile teams to success.
