About Us:

Our team is fully remote and spread across the globe. We have members based in Australia, the US, Canada, Thailand, Germany, Argentina, Colombia, Turkey, Nigeria, South Africa, the UK, and Romania. Where you live or what time zone you're in doesn’t matter to us.

As part of the team, your primary responsibility will be creating content that drives rankings. This includes writing documentation, tutorials, video descriptions, blog posts, and more. This role is largely self-directed, meaning you’ll be responsible for your own research, selecting topics, writing, editing, and publishing content. We're looking for someone with experience in WordPress, SEO, and technical writing.

Flexibility:

We’re a small team, and we strive to offer as much flexibility as possible. Flexibility means you can work at any time that suits you — mornings, evenings, or even late-night hours. It means you can take two weeks off for a trip or take a day off whenever you need without notifying anyone.

Our official policy is simple: if you’re unavailable for more than two consecutive days or won’t meet your agreed-upon weekly hours, please update the availability calendar.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and publish content efficiently and at a fast pace.
  • Identify high-impact topics that will improve the search ranking of specific pages.
  • Select the best keywords to target and seamlessly integrate them into your content.
  • Monitor search rankings and optimize existing content accordingly.
  • Create visual assets to complement your content.
  • Learn about our products and how our customers use them.

Requirements:

The most important qualification is your ability to write high-quality content. The more of these requirements you meet, the better:

  • Available to work 30 hours per week.
  • Flawless written English. Able to break down complex, technical topics into clear, simple language.
  • Advanced SEO skills with a proven ability to write content that ranks. You should be able to take a keyword, topic, or product use case, strategize a plan to dominate relevant SERPs, and execute it independently.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, GTM, Fathom, etc.). You should know how to answer questions about specific keywords and competitors, as well as understand which questions cannot be answered with available data.
  • Expert-level WordPress skills and a deep understanding of its ecosystem. Bonus points if you’ve created websites with WordPress.
  • Experience ranking content with low-volume, high-value keywords. A solid understanding of Google’s SERPs, including featured snippets, “People Also Ask,” video sections, etc.
