As an EAP Supervisor you will be leading a team of EAP Telephone Counsellors at our hub in Dublin. You will coordinate, supervise and be accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit. Working alongside the EAP Ireland team you’ll have the opportunity to in the moment support to a diverse range of clients. Working Schedule:
• Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm
• Onsite at our Dublin Office
Key responsibilities will include:
• Provide direction and support to team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Track team performance and productivity.
• Manage Critical Incident workflow for EMEA
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes.
• Maintain clear and open communication channels within the team.
• Act as a liaison between the team and higher management.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for team members.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance skills and performance.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and progress.
• Communicate key metrics and achievements to stakeholders.
Required qualifications:
• Accreditation or currently undertaking supervised hours working towards accreditation to recognized counselling governing body or Master’s degree in Psychology with relevant coaching qualification (EMCC/ICF).
• Hold atleast an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Level 7 or equivalent in Counselling or Psychotherapy
• I.T/Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams etc.).
