We’re seeking a candidate with sales experience over the phone, fluent in both spoken and written English. This is a remote position with a call center-style environment. If you're dependable, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a distraction-free workspace, you can work from the comfort of your own home.

This role starts as a seasonal position (February – September), with the potential to become a long-term position based on performance. We offer comprehensive training to get you started, with continuous updates throughout the season to equip you with everything you need to succeed while handling calls.

Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound calls (warm calls).
• Expect to handle about 200 calls a week, with most calls lasting between 6 to 15 minutes.
• Our hours of operation are 7 a.m. – 12 a.m. CST (Monday – Friday) and 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. CST (Saturday – Sunday). We offer up to 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week) during these hours.
• You'll explain our services (a lawn care platform), describe what we do (matching lawn care professionals with homeowners), provide job estimates, and successfully book and upsell customers for recurring services.
• You should be comfortable connecting with U.S.-based customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales over the phone.

Requirements:

• At least a high school diploma.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and VoIP software is a plus.
• A computer, laptop, or desktop with a camera (8GB RAM, Core i5 Processor) and a noise-canceling headset (Chrome books, tablets, iPads, and cell phones are incompatible with our phone system).
• Reliable power source and stable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps, with a backup of 10 Mbps) in a quiet, distraction-free space.
• Preferred internet service providers: PLDT (#1) or Converge (#2).
• Backup power and internet options to ensure you can complete your full shift.
• Willingness to work U.S. hours and weekends, and flexibility for rotating shifts.
