Working Solutions is looking for tech-savvy, helpful independent contractors to join a unique opportunity providing customer support for Intuit TurboTax users—all from the comfort of your home, with the flexibility to set your own schedule.

In this role, you’ll assist customers with software navigation, help them locate prior returns and amendments, and escalate calls when needed. You will engage with customers through various support channels, including:

• Phone support with video chat capability
• Traditional chat support

Earnings Potential:

• Earn up to $19 per hour, with additional incentives as Tax Day approaches.
• Contractors meeting or exceeding key metrics earn an average of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times.
• Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes per hour if available for the full 60 minutes.

Schedule:

• This is a seasonal contract running through April 15th, 2025 (Tax Day).
• You have the freedom to set your own hours.
• Available hours are between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday to Sunday, with both weekday and weekend options.

Work Environment Requirements:

• Quiet, uninterrupted workspace
• Organized desk area
• Professional appearance if on camera

Technology Requirements:

• Personal computer (no tablets)
• Broadband internet connection (at least 10 Mbps recommended)
• Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi or mobile internet)
• Windows 10 or 11
• Valid antivirus software installed and up-to-date
• USB headset with microphone
• Mac users: Must have Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
• A webcam will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Important Information:

• We currently cannot work with contractors in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
• All contractors must pass a criminal background check.
• Contractors will remain independent throughout the duration of this program and will not be entitled to employee benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, or health insurance.
