We have an opportunity for a Sr Channel Excellence Manager – Advanced Data to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest. As an Advanced Data Senior Manager within the Channel Excellence Organization, you will hold a senior leadership position within the organization and play a critical role in driving the strategic use of data within the Salesforce platform. You will report directly to our Sr Director Channel Excellence, and you’ll work out of our Bucharest location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the advanced data management and analytics initiatives within the Salesforce platform focused on Channel Business model. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales excellence, customer marketing, and IT, to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize the use of Salesforce for business growth in Channel. Your expertise in Salesforce data management, analytics, and reporting will be crucial in identifying insights, trends, and opportunities to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. By leveraging your strong analytical skills and business acumen, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization and growth in Channel Business.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the advanced data management and analytics initiatives within the Salesforce platform

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop data models within Salesforce

  • Design and implement data governance and data quality processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy

  • Develop and maintain data analytics and reporting capabilities within Salesforce, providing actionable insights to stakeholders

  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth

  • Work closely with sales to optimize the use of Salesforce for sales performance and customer engagement

  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on data-driven decision-making within Salesforce

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce and data management best practices

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

  • Document data models, processes and workflows, provide knowledge sharing and support to relevant stakeholders

Key skills and qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in data structures, data modelling or data architecture

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Data Manager, Data Prep Recipes, and related Salesforce data integration tools

  • Proven track record in implementing data governance and data quality processes

  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting within Salesforce

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer/data science, Engineering, Finance or other relevant fields

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
