Hire Jordan Smith is a web design agency located in Tulsa, OK. We specialize in web design, development, SEO, and hosting services, catering to businesses of all sizes across the United States.

Hire Jordan Smith is seeking a remote Assistant Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the website content population and post-launch processes within our existing workflow. You’ll work closely with the lead project manager who oversees the entire process.

We are a web design, development, and SEO agency specializing in custom WordPress websites.

This is a full-time, contract-based position, with a one-month probationary period. We offer a competitive salary, flexible work hours, and annual raises. The salary range for this position is $40k–$60k USD per year.

While work hours are flexible, you will need to collaborate with team members across various time zones. The core work window is from 9 am to 5 pm CST.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and efficient project manager with a strong understanding of WordPress. We have a streamlined system in place, so your initial focus will be to learn our processes and get up to speed with the projects currently in the queue.

To thrive in this role, you should be a reliable, self-driven communicator with expert-level written and spoken English (native speaker). Technically, you should be highly proficient with WordPress and have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and SEO fundamentals.

Experience with JS, PHP, or using WordPress hooks and filters is not required but would be a plus. Familiarity with the Genesis Framework is also a bonus. There will be times when you’ll need to troubleshoot or make updates yourself to ensure efficiency.

Above all, we’re looking for someone eager to dive in, learn our system, and contribute to improving our processes.

We look forward to meeting you!
