🚀 What’s the Position?
We’re looking for a dedicated Mobile Tester to join our growing team at Neybox. This is a full-time, remote position with Neybox Digital, a leading mobile app studio behind two in-house mobile apps. Our mission is to help people live better, healthier lives through our apps.
💫 What Will I Be Working On?
You’ll be working on two popular health and fitness apps: Pillow (https://pillow.app) and Today (https://neybox.com/today). These apps have millions of users globally, and we don’t take on client work. As a part of our team, you’ll be focusing solely on these two apps.
🤹 What Will Be My Role and Responsibilities?
- Test both apps across all supported devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch).
- Log issues in our project management platform.
- Write test cases and related documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure both apps are thoroughly tested.
- Conduct quality assurance and testing for our apps, including bug identification, issue reproduction, and testing new features.
- Verify UI elements are aligned with design mockups and prototypes.
- Testing will be done on real devices and via the Xcode Simulator on a Mac.
- Coordinate with translators to ensure accurate localization testing.

- An academic background or experience in software development is a plus.

Absolutely! Our team is fully remote. To ensure optimal support, your working hours might occasionally include weekends or holidays.

Our team is small, friendly, and efficient. Communication is mainly asynchronous using Slack and other tools, with minimal meetings. We prioritize collaboration, and everyone contributes to our best work. While we encourage steady working hours, we are flexible.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience testing iOS mobile applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g., exploratory, regression).
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient with macOS and iOS.
- This position requires a Mac (MacBook, iMac, or Mac Mini). Please do not apply if you are a Windows user.
