Sales Development Representative (North America)

Remote | Full-Time | Based in EST Time Zone

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive our growth in the North American market. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who thrives on outbound sales and is ready to make a real impact.


What You’ll Be Doing

In your first year at Filestage, you’ll:

🔍 Identify key prospects – Research accounts to find high-potential contacts who align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).

📞 Make the calls – Cold calling is your jam. You’ll hit around 100 calls per day, opening doors and creating new opportunities.

💌 Use every channel – Go beyond the phone with personalized email sequences and social selling to connect with prospects.

💡 Start meaningful conversations – Uncover challenges and position Filestage as the solution, setting up high-quality demos for our Account Executives.

🔄 Keep the pipeline flowing – Document your outreach clearly and ensure seamless handovers to the sales team.

🧪 Experiment and iterate – Continuously test and refine your messaging and outreach strategies to maximize performance.

📈 Share what you learn – Provide insights to the Head of Sales to help refine our sales process and improve conversion rates.

🎯 Own your results – Track your KPIs, spot trends early, and communicate openly so we’re always one step ahead.


What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • 🗣️ Native-level English skills – You’re a natural communicator who knows how to connect and engage.
  • 💼 3+ years in B2B/SaaS outbound sales – With a strong track record as an SDR or BDR.
