Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service and building meaningful relationships? At Mozio, we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Success Expert to ensure our customers, service providers, and partners receive top-notch support every step of the way.
In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues efficiently while exceeding expectations. Your mission is to make every customer feel like part of the Mozio family, delivering service with a friendly, positive attitude.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support.
- Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese) is a huge plus!

Job Details:
- Full-time: 5 days a week (including weekends), 8 hours per day.
