The Role

As a Product Expert on the Veeva CRM team, you’ll represent the voice of the customer and play a key role in shaping the product roadmap. You'll be an internal and external evangelist—engaging with customers, leading community discussions, and creating high-value resources to help teams unlock the full potential of our CRM solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone deeply familiar with Veeva CRM who is passionate about customer success and product excellence.

Note: This is not a QA or Engineering role.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert for Veeva CRM
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, roadmap, and best practices
  • Engage with customers through meetings, events, and online communities
  • Share product vision and gather feedback to inform future development
  • Collaborate with product teams to create content like release notes, demo videos, and educational materials
  • Support cross-functional teams—including Services, Sales, Strategy, and Support—with product expertise

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience administering or implementing Veeva CRM
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences
  • Experience working directly with customers in both in-person and virtual environments
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating content for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Skills in video editing or creating demos
  • Familiarity with managing online communities
  • Experience delivering software demonstrations

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $55,000 – $225,000
    Actual compensation may vary based on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional forms of compensation may include performance bonuses and stock options.
