Requirements

• 3+ years in a tech leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, etc.) in Web3, AI, or DeFi
• 3+ years hands-on experience in Web3/DeFi (blockchains, smart contracts, DeFi protocols)
• 3+ years in AI/ML (LLMs, AI agents, deep learning, or related fields)
• A strong LinkedIn profile and past public speaking/presentation experience are mandatory

Tech Stack Expertise

• Languages: Solidity, Rust, TypeScript, Python, Go
• Smart Contracts: EVM, Solana, Cosmos – including security best practices
• DeFi: Liquidity pools, staking, yield farming, on-chain governance
• AI: AI-powered automation, analytics, trading bots, decentralized AI agents
• Advanced Knowledge: ZKPs, Layer 2 solutions, blockchain scalability

Presentation & Communication Skills

• Confident, articulate, and fluent in English
• Comfortable speaking at AMAs, livestreams, conferences, and developer events
• Able to clearly explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences

Track Record

• Proven experience launching and scaling Web3, AI, or DeFi products
• A compelling presence to inspire teams, investors, and the broader Web3 community
