We’re seeking a Remote Customer Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with inquiries, troubleshooting, and delivering top-tier support to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions
  • Proactively seek ways to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
