Responsibilities:
- Interpret functional designs and deliver robust technical architectures.
- Translate software requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Develop features and functionality using the .NET platform and internal frameworks.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code aligned with best practices.
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
- Enhance and maintain existing codebases for performance and reliability.
- Ensure project delivery meets written specifications and quality expectations.
- Lead development teams and delegate tasks effectively.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of experience with MS CRM or Dynamics 365.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Dynamics CRM solution development.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing project delivery.
- Strong understanding of CRM platform components (Plugins, Workflows, SDK, Client Extensions).
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and PCF controls.
- Familiarity with CRM modules such as Field Service and Project Service.
- Expertise in Azure tools, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-based solutions.
- Solid grasp of ASP.NET (C#, MVC, Web API), database concepts, and software design patterns.
Preferred/Additional Skills:
- Experience with web technologies and JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, KnockoutJS).
- Working knowledge of CRM Portals and advanced customizations.
- Development experience in an IFD (Internet-Facing Deployment) environment is a plus.
