🛠️ About the Role

We’re looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer in Brazil to help us build and scale internal tools that empower our operations teams. These tools will directly support healthcare providers—giving them more time and capacity to focus on patient care.

This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to build high-impact products from the ground up.

💼 Responsibilities

• Design and develop fullstack applications that scale with the growth of our operations
• Work across the stack—from backend services to frontend interfaces
• Contribute to a culture of fast execution, innovation, and excellence
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and operational teams
• Help improve engineering practices and processes across the team

🧠 Tech Stack

• Languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Frontend: Vue, React, React Native
• Backend: Flask, Python services
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Databases: PostgreSQL
• Other Tools: BI tools (a plus)

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of production-level software engineering experience
• Proficient in Python (backend) and JavaScript/TypeScript (frontend)
• Able to build and deliver fullstack products independently
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP)
• Strong grasp of modern development practices and web technologies (REST APIs, relational databases)
• Strong product sense and a self-driven, builder mindset
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Experience building greenfield products from scratch
• Prior experience in healthcare or healthtech
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
• Remote work experience
• Familiarity with business intelligence or internal tools
