About the Role:
As a Principal Design Engineer at GrowthX, you will be a key player in our design team, creating innovative, user-centered solutions for our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow designers to bring ideas to life—from concept to execution—ensuring a smooth, intuitive user experience across all GrowthX products.
Your work will directly shape how businesses interact with and benefit from AI, making it more accessible, powerful, and user-friendly. You’ll push the boundaries of design to set new standards in how companies leverage AI for growth, driving visual and functional enhancements across the GrowthX ecosystem.

Requirements
What We Need:
- Design Expertise: Proven experience in crafting user-friendly interfaces, with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital product design. Flexibility to adapt to different design styles as needed.
- Problem-Solver: Creative approach to tackling complex design challenges.
- "Demo Over Essay": Ability to communicate ideas effectively through working prototypes, user flows, or high-fidelity mockups, ensuring alignment with teams.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills and experience working within cross-functional teams.

Day-to-Day Expectations:
Here’s a breakdown of how your time will be spent each week:
- 35% – Feature Development: Building and implementing frontend components, features, and interactions using modern web technologies.
- 25% – Design Development: Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and working with the team to implement them.
- 20% – Technical Collaboration: Collaborating with full-stack engineers to integrate your frontend work with backend systems.
- 10% – Research & Testing: Conducting technical feasibility assessments and user tests, then applying feedback to improve designs.
- 5% – Design & Code Reviews: Participating in team reviews to ensure consistency and quality in both design and implementation.
- 5% – Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date on design and development trends and exploring new technologies and best practices for ongoing growth.
