Lightup Network Solutions GmbH & Co. KG ("Lightup"), founded in 1998, is a specialized telecommunications service provider and operator based in Frankfurt, Germany, with a subsidiary in Switzerland. Operating 100% remotely, our team is spread across the globe.

We’re a small, fully remote team of 7 working on innovative web-based projects in the telecommunications industry. We have two skilled developers ready to build—but we need you to take the lead.

We’re seeking a part-time Project Lead (4 hours/day, Monday–Friday) to oversee, define, and shape our software projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of creative telecom web services
• Translate ideas into clear specifications for our two developers
• Review daily progress and provide feedback
• Test features, identify bugs, and adjust priorities
• Collaborate directly with the company founders

What You Bring:

• Experience managing digital/software projects
• A strong understanding of web development workflows
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A keen eye for detail when testing and reviewing software
• Bonus: experience with telecom, Linux, Asterisk, Kamailio, VoIP, SIP, DIDs, call termination/origination, and Origin-Based Rating (OBR)

Details:

• Part-time: 4 hours/day (Monday–Friday)
• €1,000/month
• 100% remote
• High ownership with plenty of creative freedom
