Position Details

Restaurant Associates, a leading provider of dining and event catering services, is hiring full-time and part-time Waiter/Waitress positions. This role involves delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests while maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation.

Job Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve food promptly while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Understand menu items, ingredients, and dietary accommodations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to meet guest expectations.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues or escalate to supervisors when needed.
• Maintain a clean dining area and ensure proper setup before and after service.
• Operate equipment such as coffee machines, soda dispensers, and fire extinguishers.
• Assist during special events and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of previous server experience required.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
