Your Role in the Company
As the Copywriter/Content Manager, you’ll take charge of M&A’s creative backend. Your responsibilities will include creating scripts, text templates, captions, and more. You’ll also oversee content scheduling and posting, ensuring high-quality output across platforms. Beyond content creation, you’ll work closely with influencers, guiding them to maximize their impact and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Script Writing
- Develop persuasive scripts that drive sales and enhance customer interactions.
- Write engaging content templates to help influencers connect with their audiences effectively.
Content Management & Quality Control
- Ensure all chat and content scripts meet M&A’s high standards.
- Collaborate with the team to implement fresh ideas and improve content performance.
Scheduling & Posting
- Plan and manage content schedules to maintain consistency across platforms.
- Write compelling captions to boost audience engagement and performance metrics.
Process Improvement
- Refine content processes to enhance communication quality and efficiency.
- Adapt strategies based on performance data and feedback to improve results.
