Role Overview

As a Regional Postgraduate Enrolment Manager, the successful candidate will drive business growth and expand the organization’s reach in Germany and the Netherlands. The role combines strategic lead generation, partnership development, and client relationship management, with a focus on meeting enrolment and revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Plan and execute strategic events, workshops, and discovery days to convert leads into enrolments, fueling growth in the region.

  • Market Insight & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and meet market demands.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, actively managing the sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
