Job Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to determine their needs and successfully implement solutions.

  • Drive sales growth by competing to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless service and improve customer happiness.

  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and strategies for business development.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support, ensuring client needs are strictly met with high-quality solutions.

  • Provide accurate weekly forecasting to the management and track key sales metrics . Ensure key opportunities inputs in SFDC and prepare necessary reports as needed.

  • Keep abreast on industry and market trends as well as competitor activities.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the scientific industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage client relationships.

  • An attitude that drives towards meeting challenging sales targets.

  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to business development.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
