What You’ll Do:

As our Account Manager, you'll serve as the essential link between clients and our internal creative team. You’ll oversee client relationships, guide onboarding and feedback sessions, ensure client needs are met, and manage projects from initial script to final video delivery. This role demands excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own client relationships: From onboarding to project delivery, you'll be the go-to contact.
• Host video calls like a pro: Gather briefs, present updates, solve problems, and keep things moving.
• Manage projects across teams: Coordinate with Creative Directors, editors, strategists, and others.
• Ensure timely delivery: Keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Translate feedback into action: Make sure feedback is actionable and executed effectively.
• Spot growth opportunities: Identify upsell prospects to help clients grow.
• Champion performance and quality: Maintain high standards across all touchpoints.

Who You Are:

• You’ve worked in a creative or marketing agency.
• You have experience with UGC, influencers, or social content.
• You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken (Spanish is a bonus!).
• You excel in video calls and written communication.
• You’re highly organized and detail-driven.
• You can manage multiple clients and priorities like a pro.
• You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
