Location: Remote (U.S.)
Compensation: \$22.75 – \$27/hour + performance-based commission (target ~\$10,000)

The Role: Acquisition Specialist

The Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in expanding Pie’s partner network. You’ll manage inbound leads from marketing efforts and actively pursue high-potential prospects through targeted outbound outreach. Your goal is to convert interest into new, qualified agency partnerships.

You’ll engage with prospective partners, assess fit, communicate Pie’s value, and ensure a smooth handoff to the appropriate internal team. You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to align outreach strategies and improve lead quality and conversion.


What You’ll Do

🚀 Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Promptly respond to inbound partner leads and qualify fit
  • Conduct outbound calls and prospecting to identify new agency opportunities
  • Re-engage previous inquiries to revive interest and close the loop
  • Build enthusiasm around partnering with Pie through calls, video presentations, and email outreach

🛠 Execution & Organization

  • Manage your time and pipeline effectively
  • Track all activities and communications in Salesforce
  • Execute contracts and collect all paperwork for new partner appointments
  • Seamlessly transition new partners to the appropriate account team

📈 Collaboration & Results

  • Work closely with the Digital Account Specialist (DAS), Strategic Account Manager (SAM), and Marketing teams
  • Meet or exceed monthly acquisition goals and outreach activity targets
  • Continuously refine prospecting and qualification tactics to improve outcomes

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ year experience in recruiting, partner acquisition, or business development
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Professional confidence and emotional intelligence—executive presence is key
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and workflows
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Google Suite, ZoomInfo, Groove, and Looker
  • Proven success in meeting acquisition targets and building strong partner relationships
