We are celebrated for our signature “nama” donuts—crafted with brioche-style dough and finished with creative glazes, fillings, or toppings. Our Times Square location will offer both our classic menu and locally inspired flavors, promising guests an unforgettable gastronomic experience.


Your Role as a Baker

As a Baker at I’m Donut?, you will:

Food Preparation & Execution

  • Follow established recipes to produce consistent and high-quality baked goods.
  • Prepare and execute menu items from start to finish, including dough preparation and final presentation.
  • Collaborate with executives and pastry chefs on special and seasonal offerings.

Team Support & Cleanliness

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation with stocked supplies.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.

Quality Control

  • Inspect raw ingredients and inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
  • Verify deliveries and manage food storage to maintain optimal conditions.

Guest Experience

  • Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Occasionally assist with guest-facing tasks to ensure seamless service.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 1+ years in pastry or line cooking, preferably in high-volume kitchens.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining food quality standards.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team spirit: ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude.
