To understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions, following implementation best practices and defined processes.
What Will You Do?
- Customize the Salesforce platform and manage source code versioning
- Participate in the full project lifecycle
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with best practices
- Diagnose and debug system issues
- Perform unit testing
- Communicate technical details and present solutions to clients
- Address feedback with minimal rework and within standard timelines
- Adhere to implementation standards and internal processes
📌 Talent Pool: Task complexity and scope will align with your level of seniority (Junior, Mid-level, or Senior).
What Do You Need to Bring?
- Degree in progress or completed in Information Technology or related field
- Advanced English is a plus
- Salesforce Developer I Certification
- Solid knowledge of:
- Object-oriented programming, APEX, JavaScript ES6, HTML5/CSS
- Version control tools (GIT, Azure, Copado, Flosum)
- Salesforce platform configuration and limitations
- Custom APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Technical documentation
- Agile methodologies
- Salesforce best practices
