The Branch Team Leader will oversee operation of the customer service team to effectively contribute to the functioning of the security branch location. The role has strong collaboration with the sales team to ensure targets and goals are met.

This role is based on-site from Seven Hills, NSW.

Responsibilities:

• Provides immediate supervision of inside sales, customer services and counter personnel.

• Coaches and mentors inside and counter staff on order entry, quotations, problem solving, and communication etiquette.

• Takes leadership and direction from sales management and communicates to employees.

• Assists with team workload distribution.

• Monitors productivity and customer service through customer tickets, orders and phone calls.

• Analyses trends and provides input on branch action plans to correct issues, improve service, and optimise productivity.

• Manages the return authorisations processes.

• Directs credit management in extension of credit and collection of accounts receivable claims and deductions.

• Provides and organizes product training for team and vendors.

Qualifications:

• High School Degree or Equivalent required

• 3- 5 years of internal sales experience

• Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction

• Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology

• Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication and computer skills

• Demonstrate teamwork, leadership, and flexibility
