Our client is seeking a Buyer III to join their team. As a Buyer III, you will be part of the procurement department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to address complex procurement issues, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Description:

Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Develop and execute RFx strategies to obtain competitive bids and achieve cost-effective solutions.

Issue and manage purchase orders/service orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with stakeholder needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand project requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly.

Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development within the procurement team.
Qualifications:

A related university degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certification such as SCMP or CSCP is required.

8-10 or more years of related experience in supply chain/procurement/contracts.

Ability to influence stakeholders/customers without direct authority.

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
