BroadPath is hiring a Payroll Support Representative to join our remote team and work from home. Our detail-oriented and passionate Payroll Support Representative will be responsible for ensuring people get paid accurately and on time. If this is you, apply now and join us in making a difference!

Candidates must reside in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, or Bulacan to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate payroll data with precision, directly impacting our employees’ financial well-being

• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring every payment is accurate

• Take ownership of payroll data integrity across our systems, including:

• Processing time-sensitive payroll documents

• Performing precise data entry with attention to detail

• Creating and maintaining secure data backups

• Managing multiple database systems simultaneously

• Respond to employee payroll inquiries via phone, email, or chat

• Educate employees on payroll policies and processes

• Maintain records of inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions

• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

• 6-months minimum stable work history

• 1 year call center/care work experience

• Healthcare experience preferred but not required

• Empathy is highly required as the position handles delicate situations.

• Have solid communication skills (English)

• Ability to build rapport, “chit chat” with ease.

• Emotional intelligence

• Ability to remain calm.

• Strong active listener to pick up on key points during the conversation.

• Must be residing in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan

• Wired Internet Speed Requirement: 25mbps download | 10mbps upload

Technical in nature:

• Tech savvy

• Adaptability

• Can type/talk at same time.
