We’re on a mission to drive the renewable energy revolution, and we're looking for an experienced Cloud Software Engineer to lead the design and development of cloud-based systems that manage PPC updates, reporting, and data storage. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless communication with in-plant systems and integrating smoothly with our Farsight™ analytics platform. What You'll Do:

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure for PPC status reporting, updates, and onboarding.

Requirements:

• You’re a problem-solver and a self-starter.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud-based development.
• Expertise in MQTT and real-time data pipelines; familiarity with renewable energy systems.
• Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with database systems for historical data (e.g., Timescale, Clickhouse).
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional, remote teams.
• Located in or able to work within a 4-hour time zone overlap with CET.
• Eligible for a visa and able to travel to Italy within three months of hiring.
