We are seeking a Data Integrity Specialist to ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of our client’s Occupancy Data. You will monitor data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity and compliance while embodying our one-team approach.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the accuracy and security of occupancy data.

• Log quality hazards and support health and safety compliance.

• Monitor and respond to the Client ticket system, addressing and resolving requests promptly.

• Reserve desks for new hires and ensure REWS Roll-up paths are accurate.

• Conduct audits of space classifications and manage contractor records of furniture items.

• Provide high-quality customer service in all interactions.

• Engage in team huddles and contribute to the team culture of recognition.

• Support First Day Of Business activities and recommend operational improvements.

• Participate in self-development and maintain professional skills.

What You Need:

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer service excellence.

• Basic understanding of health and safety practices.

• Experience in a customer service environment.

Nice To Have:

• Higher educational qualifications to level or degree (or equivalent).

• High level of IT literacy.
