The Coca-Cola Marketing Director will support the Coke ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) Operating Unit (OU) Marketing Lead in developing a vision and growth strategy for our Meals Platform:

Responsible for developing and co-leading with Global and OU network the Meals Platform for Coca-Cola Trademark (CCTM).

  • Support the CCTM Lead in developing Long Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Business Planning (ABP) CCTM vision and strategic direction, and creation of quarterly business reviews and reports

  • Work with counterparts across Global, OU and Bottler networks to help develop and execute cohesive brand/category strategy and efficient consumer/shopper end-to-end engagement plan

  • Work with Human Insights to define category insights, consumer segmentation and shopper segmentation strategies by channel/occasion.

This role will not have formal direct reports but requires leadership skills to lead our growth agenda in capturing Meals Occasions in ASP OU, and the ability to engage with a large network of colleagues across TCCC, especially the Frontline Marketing (FLM), Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX), Commercial, bottlers, and global leads.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Create ASP vision and strategic direction for the Coke and Meals.

  • Drive exponential growth by stewarding the brand portfolio and leading iconic programs

  • Scale programs across ASP, with local relevance.

  • In partnership with FLM, optimize Direct Marketing Expenditure (DME) resource allocation, marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Orchestrate engaging campaigns/initiatives to grow revenues and weekly+ drinkers.

  • Accountable for overall engagement of the Coke team and inspiration of the OU and bottlers

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Significant marketing experience (8+ years) with direct experience with brand strategy work.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Comfort with and understanding of consumer, business analytics and human insights.

  • General management (P&L) experience and business commercial acumen are needed.

  • Ability to develop brand and category strategy, deep consumer understanding.

  • Ability to communicate, influence, and work with many stakeholders

  • Ability to work in agile project-based teams.

  • Must be comfortable with change and complexity.

  • Multi-Geography experience or multi-country experience preferred.

  • Ability to develop and communicate innovative approaches to marketing strategy and build buy-in across key internal stakeholders.
