Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and skilled Trade Marketeer for a fixed term contract until July2026. Based in our Slough Head Office, to lead and support the delivery of retail marketing strategies and campaigns, ina robust commercial business unit with a wonderful brand. Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for’below the line’ (BTL) Adult and Preschool campaignplanning and retail executions for all channels.

  • Local deploymentand adaptationof regionally createdcampaignsensuring thattheyare implemented ‘through the line’.

  • Set the strategic trade marketing direction and planning for the eCommerce channel to achievemaximumbrand and commercial impact.

  • Coachand supportan AssociateTrade Marketing Manager toensure retail execution excellence in the eCommerce Channel.

  • Responsibility for planning and designing retail media strategy for trade marketing plans.

  • Own a £2m+ budget, driving effective spend across themes and customers driving key marketingobjectivesand ensuring strong return on investment

  • Develop the team in trade marketing eCommerce planning, executions, and innovations

  • Evaluation of key BTL campaign executions to ensure a continuous improvement approach and achieve the strongest possible returnoninvestment.

The team’s purpose is to drive sales performance through the best possible brand experience in retail, engaging and inspiring our shoppers and consumers. To do this the role will be about pulling ‘through the line’ brand and themed campaigns, crafting impactful, engaging and conversion driving retail executions.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Direct commercial experience in a trade marketing rolepartnering with retail (B2B exposure is essential).

  • In-depth understanding of the eCommerce retail landscape and the strategic impact of all trade marketing activities (back-end and front-end knowledge is an advantage).

  • Experience in planning and implementing trade marketing campaigns (both offline and online) for third party retailers.

  • Detailed analytical and budget responsibility experience is essential.

  • Able to lead multiple campaigns and activities at the same time.

  • Proven record of success ideally in a high impact consumer goods company

  • A collaborative approach withtheability to work with a wide range of partners and agencies, a team focused individual.

  • Proficiencyin English both written and spoken

  • Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
