At Community Phone, we’re on a mission to become the most customer-focused phone company in America. As a Senior Sales Manager on our B2B Go-to-Market team, you’ll combine your dedication to small businesses with your sales expertise to help us scale 10x over the next three years by building and leading your own sales team.

Your team will engage and educate small business owners and their staff—often “Mom and Pop” businesses with fewer than 15 employees—on how Community Phone can transform their operations, save them money, and help them grow. Your team will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, driving conversions, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

🚀 Your Mission

Build and Lead a High-Performance Team
You will recruit, hire, and train an elite B2B sales team of high-energy, motivated individuals. You’ll set the standard in both behavior and execution, leading with clarity, intensity, and purpose to drive your team’s peak performance.

Accelerate Performance
Create a streamlined, efficient sales engine by developing workflows, knowledge bases, and tailored messaging campaigns. Train your team to maximize daily prospect outreach with precision, and build a culture where effort and execution directly lead to results.

Generate and Convert Leads
Your team will quickly engage, qualify, and convert cold prospects into loyal customers. Your relentless focus on speed and efficiency will ensure every opportunity is captured and maximized.

Execute with Precision Metrics
Own and crush key performance indicators (KPIs): speed to lead, connect rate, qualified rate, close rate, ARPU, team variance, and 90-day product activation rate. Continuously push your team to exceed benchmarks, adapting strategies to uncover better ways to hit goals.

Test, Adapt, Dominate
Run bold experiments to refine outreach methods, messaging, and cadences. Analyze results with laser focus, pivot quickly, and embed successful tactics into your team’s workflow.

Close the Feedback Loop
Gather insights from frontline conversations and relay them to marketing, product, and leadership teams. Your team’s feedback will influence strategy, improve offerings, and drive execution across the company.
