Your Role:
We’re looking for someone passionate about web development—particularly someone eager to work with modern technology and AI-driven tools to build websites that excel in usability, accessibility, and visual design. We want a developer who thrives on making an impact, increasing productivity, and creating functional, aesthetically pleasing digital experiences that ensure excellent user satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own both front-end and back-end architecture and implementation for our web properties. We prefer static pages, utilizing Tailwind and Markdoc.
- Lead programming efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and regularly work with graphic designers to develop our websites.
- Assist with migrating our sites and guides from Webflow to a modern tech stack including Astro.build, Next.js, Tailwind, and Markdoc.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/jQuery, HTTP, REST, PHP, Cookies, and DOM.
- Familiarity with UI frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with AI-assisted IDEs like Cursor, Windsurf, Co-Pilot, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with a globally distributed team.
- A problem-solving mindset that knows when to fix a problem and when to refactor code to eliminate recurring issues.
- Experience integrating with marketing technologies and tools/APIs like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.
