About the Team & Role

Our HR Transformation team leads digital innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and support strategic PeopleX goals.

In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of high-impact projects within our People Operations ecosystem—most notably, crafting and executing an AI strategy to elevate HR services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (especially Corporate Engineering), using a structured, consultative approach to drive meaningful change at scale.

This role is preferably based in one of our listed office locations, but remote work may be possible in areas without a physical Robinhood presence. Speak with your recruiter for more details on our in-office expectations.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement an AI strategy to power self-service, 24/7 support, and smarter HR processes
  • Lead innovation in automation and data flows, reducing manual work and boosting efficiency
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously refine strategies
  • Launch MVPs, drive adoption through change management, and manage vendor relationships
  • Partner with Corporate Engineering to align on goals, priorities, and resource planning
  • Act as the central point of contact for HR stakeholders on systems-related initiatives
  • Identify and lead new initiatives to improve PeopleX outcomes and operational efficiency
  • Build executive alignment, lead project teams, and deliver results across multiple workstreams

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience leading strategic HR projects, with a focus on AI, automation, and systems
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Proficiency with HR platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, Lattice, Sana, and Moveworks
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Business acumen and a clear sense of ROI in organizational decision-making
  • Experience working in global environments is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:

    • Zone 1 (Menlo Park, New York, Bellevue, DC): $140,000–$165,000
    • Zone 2 (Denver, Westlake, Chicago): $123,000–$145,000
    • Zone 3 (Lake Mary, Clearwater, Gainesville): $110,000–$129,000
    • Remote pay depends on location; discuss details with your recruiter
