Insight Global is looking for an IT Analyst to support one of our enterprise clients on their Privileged Access Management team. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing the organizations PAM solutions, with a preference for experience in CyberArk Vault. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of IT service management practices, particularly in incident and change management processes.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, preferably CyberArk Vault

  Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as incident management and change management

  Strong written and verbal communication skills

  Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environments Certifications in ITIL, CyberArk, or related technologies

  Experience supporting identity and access management (IAM) systems or security operations

  Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira null
