私たちは、クラウド運用および管理に関する強い知識と実務経験を持つ、高度なスキルを持つITプラットフォームスタッフを求めています。
クラウドインフラサポート – AWS/Azure
• クラウド環境（AWS/Azure）を管理および最適化します。内容には以下が含まれます：コンピュート（EC2/ECS）、データベース（RDS）、ストレージ（S3）、ネットワーキングコンポーネント。
• Lambda、API Gatewayを使用してサーバーレスアーキテクチャを設計および維持します。
• CloudFront、AWS WAFを使用してコンテンツ配信とセキュリティを実装します。
• アプリケーションパフォーマンス最適化のためにElastic Cacheを使用してキャッシングソリューションを管理します。
• Infrastructure as Codeを展開および維持します。
• クラウドリソースを監視します：パフォーマンス、可用性、セキュリティコンプライアンス。
DevOps & サポート – AWS/Azure
• Azure DevOpsと統合されたCI/CDパイプラインをサポートし、自動デプロイを実現します。
• AWS環境へのDockerイメージのビルドおよびデプロイプロセスを管理します。
• Docker環境におけるビルド、デプロイ、ランタイムの問題をトラブルシュートします。
アイデンティティ & システム管理サポート
• Azure Entraを主要なディレクトリサービスとして管理し、AWS SSO統合を維持します。
• 自動化スクリプトを開発および維持します。
• 技術スタック全体の複雑なシステム問題をトラブルシュートし、必要に応じてエスカレーションします。
クラウドセキュリティとサポート – AWS/Azure
• IAMにおけるユーザー、グループ、ロールの権限を管理し、安全なアクセスを確保します。
• ネットワークトラフィックを設定します（例：VPC、セキュリティグループ、NACLなど）。
• 活動を監視およびログ記録します（例：CloudTrail、CloudWatchなど）。
• 内部監査コントロールの検証を行います。

必要な資格
• 学士号または同等の資格
• 英語のビジネスレベル、日本語のビジネスレベル
• クラウドのアーキテクチャとサービス（EC2、S3、RDS、CloudFront、WAFなど）に関する広範な経験
• Infrastructure as Codeの経験
• DockerコンテナとKubernetesの経験
• 強力なシステム管理およびトラブルシューティング能力
• クラウドにおけるユーザー管理（IAM、SSOなど）
• AWSのInfrastructure as a Service（IaaS）およびスクリプティング
• AWS認定資格とサーバーレスアーキテクチャおよびグローバル企業環境での経験
• アーキテクチャインフラ設計スキル
• グローバルメンバーとの業務経験
• チームワークとコラボレーションを通じて成果を出すことができる
• 積極的かつ独立して問題を解決できる
勤務条件
ステータス：正社員（試用期間6ヶ月）
勤務地：神戸本社 / 〒651-0087 兵庫県神戸市中央区御幸通7-1-15
転勤：即時転勤なし（入社後の転勤の可能性あり）
採用人数：1名
年収：約500万～800万円（年俸制、年齢、経験、スキルを考慮して決定）
手当：年2回のボーナス、グレード手当、住宅手当、通勤費
休日：年間休日123日 / 週2日の休み
有給休暇：初年度10日（入社日付与）、最大20日
勤務時間：9:00～17:45（休憩60分、実働7時間45分）一定期間後、管理関連業務に対する裁量労働制が適用されます。

Position Snapshot
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT platform staff with strong knowledge and hand on experience of cloud operation and administration.
Cloud Infrastructure Support – AWS/Azure
• Administer and optimize cloud environment(AWS/Azure), including: Compute (EC2/ECS) Database (RDS) Storage (S3) Networking components
• Design and maintain serverless architecture using: Lambda, API Gateway
• Implement content delivery and security using: CloudFront, AWS WAF
• Manage caching solutions with Elastic Cache for application performance optimization
• Deploy and maintain Infrastructure as Code
• Monitor cloud resources: Performance, Availability, Security compliance
DevOps & Support – AWS/Azure
• Support CI/CD pipeline integrated with Azure DevOps for automated deployments
• Manage Docker image building and deployment processes to AWS environments
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues in docker environments
Identity & System Administration Support
• Administer Azure Entra as the primary directory service and maintain AWS SSO integration
• Develop and maintain automation scripts
• Troubleshoot complex system issues across the technology stack and escalation if required
Cloud security and Support – AWS/Azure
• Manages secure access with user, group, and role permissions in IAM
• Configure network traffic (For example, VPC, Security Groups, and NACLs,,)
• Monitoring and logs activities (For example, CloudTrail and CloudWatch,,)
• Internal Audit control validation

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Business level in English. Business level in Japanese
• Extensive Cloud experience in architecture and services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, WAF, etc.)
• Experienced in Infrastructure and development as Code
• Experience in Docker container and Kubernetes
• Strong system administration and troubleshooting capabilities
• User management (IAM, SSO,,) in the cloud
• AWS Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and scripting
• AWS certifications and experience in serverless architecture and global corporate environments
• Architecture Infra design skills
• Working experience with global members
• Able to deliver results through teamwork and collaboration
• Able to solve problems proactively and independently.
Working Conditions
Status: Regular / Permanent employee (Trial period 6 months)
Location: KOBE Head Office / 7-1-15, Gokodori, Chuo-ku, KOBE 651-0087 Japan
Transfer: No immediate (It may occur depending on the transfer after joining the company)

Annual Gross Income: Around xxx to xxxx million yen / Monthly pay basis (It will be determined in consideration of age, experience and skills.)
Allowance: Bonus-twice a year, Grade allowance, Housing benefit Commuting expenses
Holidays: Annual holiday 123 days / 2 days off per week
Paid leave: 10 days in the first year (Given on the start day) up to 20 days
Working hours: 9:00a.m.-5:45p.m. (Break 60 min. actual work 7 hours 45 min.) After a certain period, Discretionary Working System for Management-Related Work (企画業務型裁量労働制) will apply.
