As a strategic partner working alongside customer and technical teams, this consultative role bridges business goals with technology decisions, connecting enterprise-wide initiatives through integrated systems. The Lead Business Architect collaborates with dynamic project teams to architect enterprise solutions, structuring business processes and information systems that deliver measurable value. This position involves working with subject matter experts across the organization to ensure delivered solutions exceed customer requirements while leveraging Pega’s agentic AI capabilities to create autonomous, intelligent workflows that adapt and optimize in real-time.

What You’ll Do at Pega:

▪ Partner with diverse stakeholders to develop high-quality deliverables across all project phases, including scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, functional/SIT and UAT, and production deployment

▪ Leverage industry experience to consult and influence client direction, utilizing Pega’s agentic AI capabilities to design autonomous decision-making workflows that enhance operational efficiency

▪ Demonstrate commitment to customer success by ensuring delivered solutions are realized within committed timeframes and meet or exceed functional and business requirements defined and approved by customers

▪ Support Account Executives, Project Delivery Leads (PDLs) and Consulting Solutions Executive (CSEs) in pursuing new opportunities through solution conceptualization and strategic positioning

▪ Champion and drive adoption of Pegasystems’ Pega Express Methodology among clients, partners, and teammates

▪ Explore and communicate various industry standard methodologies and best practices to clients, partners and teammates

▪ Mentor and train client business stakeholders in key Pega functionality, including our advanced AI-driven decisioning capabilities

▪ Provide technical training and user support to business teams, empowering them to maximize value from Pega’s intelligent automation platform

Who You Are:

An intelligent, motivated, collaborative professional with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of business users and IT professionals. You bring a track record of success in customer organizations, driving definition and implementation of business process transformations that deliver measurable outcomes.

▪ Bachelor’s degree in related field

▪ Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible relevant experience in analysis, requirement gathering, design and development of enterprise application systems

▪ Excellent time management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities

▪ Strong aptitude for learning quickly with superb attention to detail and process orientation

▪ Creative and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes

▪ Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Business level German and English

▪ Commitment to going above and beyond to deliver outstanding results

▪ Dedication to achieving exceptional customer outcomes through innovative solutions
