Introduction

GF is seeking highly skilled and motivated Procurement professionals to become part of our Global Supply Chain Team supporting Regional Program Management in Singapore.

As a Senior Lead Strategist in Regional Program Management, you will report to the Regional Global Supply Management Director driving key transformational programs to deliver the next phase of growth strategies at GlobalFoundries.

Through cross functional collaborations and strong program management skills, deliverables include cost/budget management, equipment, parts, service and materials on time delivery management and overall program leadership across all GSC functions. Candidates with enthusiasm for problem solving, collaboration and proven track record in team leadership will be preferred.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical program management team to drive alignment on supply chain requirements

  • Collaborate with regional and global internal and external stakeholders to drive supply chain deliverables and issue resolution

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including unique suppliers to develop long term partnership

  • Develop sustainable reporting methodologies to drive efficient continual review processes

  • Provide weekly progress reports on supply chain readiness

  • Provide leadership in key program management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Sciences from recognized universities

  • Min 10 year experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment in Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality

  • Language Fluency – English (Written & Verbal)
