JOB DESCRIPTION

Mission:
To increase the number of closed sales across all company branches by 5% monthly, consistently delivering the outcomes outlined below.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Book a minimum of 100 orders by your second month.
    Maintain a 5% monthly increase in bookings for the following 10 months.
  • Achieve and maintain a personal conversion rate of at least 30%.
  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per 40-hour workweek.
  • Maintain a 100% response rate to all qualified company leads.
  • Ensure 100% of qualified leads in the CRM are followed up on promptly and effectively.
